Experience the Benefits of Sauna
-
Sauna is great for your health. When you sauna, your heart rate increases and you sweat. This gives your body some of the same benefits as moderate exercise. Researchers studied men in Finland and found that regular sauna usage led to up to 50% reductions in heart disease and all cause mortality.
Sauna is also great for your joints, muscles, lungs, and sleep!
Come do something your body will thank you for!

It’s alive! 🧟♂️
Scientific research on sauna use shows that even a single sauna session leads to increases in vigor and decreases in fatigue, tension, depression, anger, and confusion throughout the day.
If you are feeling bold, mix in a cold plunge in between sessions for an even more intense experience!

We all know how tough those New England winters can be and how easy it is to just stay indoors on your couch. But experiencing winter from the encompassing heat of a sauna will make it a little more enjoyable.
Sauna is best experienced in beautiful outdoor environments, not tucked away in the corner of a gym.

In many cultures, the sauna is a community gathering place. People come together to share stories, spend time together, and meet new people. Come have a shared experience with friends or family, or make new friends during our public sessions.
If you’re not quite feeling a public session, reserve a private session for a more peaceful and meditative experience.

Our Why
Dog Days Sauna Co. is on a mission to bring the benefits of sauna to as many people as possible through high quality public saunas in outdoor settings.
Regular sauna use makes us healthier. Studies have shown that regular sauna use is associated with significant improvements in cardiovascular health and reductions in all-cause mortality.
And sauna sessions are a fun way to get outside, feel good, and meet new people in your community. We believe that sauna is best experienced outdoors, not stuffed into the forgotten corner of a gym.
But most people don’t have access to a high quality sauna, preventing them from developing this practice and receiving the many benefits of sauna.
That’s why we are trying to bring low-impact, high quality saunas to people around Massachusetts. To help them get healthier, get outside, and feel more connected to their community.
