Experience the Benefits of Sauna
-
We all know how tough New England winters can be and how tempting it is to just stay indoors on your couch. But experiencing winter from the encompassing heat of a sauna will make it all a little more enjoyable.
-
In many cultures, the sauna is a community gathering place. People come together to share stories, spend time together, and meet new people. Come have a shared experience with friends or family, or make new friends during our public sessions.
If you’re not quite feeling a public session, reserve a private session instead.
-
Research on sauna use shows that even a single sauna session leads to increases in vigor and decreases in fatigue, tension, depression, anger, and confusion throughout the day.
Scandanavians have known this for thousands of years, and sauna persists as an important part of their culture still today.
If you are feeling bold, mix in a cold plunge in between sessions for an extra intense experience!

Sauna is great for your health. When you sauna, your heart rate increases and you sweat. This gives your body some of the same benefits as moderate exercise. Researchers studied men in Finland and found that regular sauna usage was associated with 50% reductions in heart disease and all-cause mortality.
Sauna is also great for your joints, muscles, lungs, and sleep!
Come do something your body will thank you for!
Public Session
Come with friends or make new ones during our 1 hour public sauna session. Up to 5 people
Private Session
Reserve the entire sauna for a 1 hour private session. Up to 6 people
Cold Plunge
Come for a cold plunge in the water! The contrast between the hot sauna and the cold water will leave you feeling invigorated for hours afterwards!
About Us
Dog Days Sauna Co. is bringing the benefits of sauna to more people through high quality, Nordic saunas set outdoors, in nature.
Regular sauna use makes us healthier. Studies have shown that regular sauna use is associated with significant improvements in cardiovascular health and reductions in all-cause mortality.
And sauna sessions are a great way to get outside, feel good, hang with friends, or meet new people. We believe that sauna is best experienced outdoors, not stuffed into the forgotten corner of a gym.
But most people don’t have access to a high quality sauna.
That’s why we’re bringing low-impact, wood-burning saunas to people throughout Massachusetts. To help them get healthier, get outside, and feel more connected to their community.
Come sauna with us!
